DEFINITIONS

SCOPE OF SERVICES — QUICK FIX

The Quick Fix service is a fully automated, streamlined process. By placing a Quick Fix order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• —The Quick Fix process is automated — there are no calls, meetings, or live consultations included.
• —All communication regarding Quick Fix orders is handled via email and our automated system.
• —Doctor Brands reserves the right to interpret creative briefs at its professional discretion.
• —Quick Fix packages include a maximum of one (1) revision round per deliverable (logo, website, or webshop). Any additional revision rounds will be quoted and billed separately.
• —The single revision round includes reasonable adjustments to colors, typography, layout, and minor content changes. It does not include complete redesigns, changes to the agreed scope, or fundamental concept changes.

FEEDBACK WINDOW — QUICK FIX

• —Feedback on a Quick Fix delivery must be submitted within three (3) days of receipt. If no feedback is received within this window, the order is considered completed and final, and no further revisions will be accommodated.
• —This 3-day window may be extended — by mutual agreement or tacitly — up to a maximum of seven (7) days when the Client has responded but not yet provided feedback.
• —Feedback received between days 4 and 7 will still be processed, but Doctor Brands can no longer guarantee a quick turnaround on the requested adjustments.
• —Feedback received after day 7 will be treated as a new request and may be quoted and billed separately.
• —This policy exists to safeguard the Quick Fix window for every Client who relies on the Quick Fix process — fast in, fast out.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated delivery times for Quick Fix orders:

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take up to fourteen (14) business days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of all required materials from the Client.

Delays caused by incomplete or late delivery of materials (content, photos, logos, brand guidelines, etc.) by the Client are not the responsibility of Doctor Brands and may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Doctor Brands shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from delivery delays, whether within or beyond the estimated timeline.

NO-REFUND POLICY

• —No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the creative output, change of mind, business decisions, or failure to provide required materials.
• —Creative work is subjective by nature. Doctor Brands delivers professional-quality work based on industry standards and the brief provided. Aesthetic preferences or personal taste do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• —If the Client fails to provide the necessary materials within thirty (30) days of placing the order, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
• —Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior written communication with Doctor Brands will be contested and may result in additional administrative fees and/or legal action.

REVISIONS & FEEDBACK

Each Quick Fix package includes one (1) feedback and revision round. This applies to all Quick Fix services:

• —Logo Design: One revision round (color adjustments, typography tweaks, minor layout changes).
• —Website: One revision round (content changes, layout adjustments, color/font tweaks).
• —Webshop: One revision round (product layout, content changes, styling adjustments).

Additional revision rounds beyond the included round will be quoted separately at a rate determined by Doctor Brands. The Client will be informed of the cost before any additional work commences.

Revision requests must be submitted in writing (email) within seven (7) business days of receiving the initial deliverables. Failure to provide feedback within this period will be deemed acceptance of the deliverables as final.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• —Doctor Brands shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, deliverables, or website.
• —Doctor Brands is not responsible for any loss of revenue, profit, business, data, or goodwill resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables.
• —Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• —Doctor Brands is not liable for any issues, damages, or losses arising from third-party services including but not limited to: hosting providers, domain registrars, Shopify, Stripe, email providers, or any other third-party platform or tool.
• —The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all content provided to Doctor Brands does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks.
• —Doctor Brands is not liable for any legal claims, disputes, or damages arising from content provided by the Client.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• —Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose.
• —Doctor Brands retains the right to showcase all work in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
• —Source files (e.g., Figma, PSD, AI, project code repositories) are not included in Quick Fix packages unless explicitly stated. Source files may be purchased separately.
• —The Client may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the deliverables as standalone products or templates.

DOMAIN & HOSTING

• —Where domain registration and/or hosting is included in the service, the first year is included in the project price.
• —After the initial twelve (12) month period, domain renewal and hosting fees will be billed separately at the then-current rates.
• —Domain names with a registration cost exceeding €15.00/year may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the Client before registration.
• —Doctor Brands is not liable for domain availability changes between the time of checking and actual registration.
• —For webshop clients using Shopify: Shopify subscription fees, domain fees, and transaction fees are billed directly by Shopify and are not included in our pricing.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• —The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, and information required to complete the project in a timely manner.
• —The Client warrants that all materials provided are owned by the Client or that the Client has the legal right to use them.
• —The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within the specified feedback period.
• —For website and webshop projects, the Client is responsible for maintaining their own accounts (hosting, Shopify, email, etc.) after project handoff.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Doctor Brands may utilize third-party services and platforms in the delivery of its services, including but not limited to Vercel (hosting), TransIP (domains), Shopify (e-commerce), Stripe (payments), and EmailJS (communications). Doctor Brands is not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing changes, terms of service, or any other aspect of these third-party services.

FORCE MAJEURE

Doctor Brands shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, power failures, internet outages, server failures, or acts of third parties.

TERMINATION

• —Doctor Brands reserves the right to refuse or terminate any project at its sole discretion, including but not limited to projects that involve illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or objectionable content.
• —In the event of termination by Doctor Brands, a pro-rata refund may be issued at Doctor Brands' discretion based on work already completed.
• —Termination by the Client after work has commenced does not entitle the Client to a refund.

PRIVACY & DATA

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary to fulfill your order, including but not limited to: name, email address, company name, and project-related information. This data will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be sold to third parties.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

AMENDMENTS

Doctor Brands reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

ACCEPTANCE

By submitting an order through our website, clicking "Confirm & Send", or otherwise engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
